So here we are. Two years. While there is very little I can say that I haven't said before, some of the things I have said before bear repeating: Thank you for reading. Thank you for contributing. It just keeps getting better and better. One day, we may actually make money at this (Hint: We accept donations. See the Susurrus Press main page for details). Ahem.
One thing that I have not said before: The egg came before the chicken. "Which came first?" is a silly question. Please stop asking. The egg came first. A chicken did not lay it. There were fish and reptiles and other birds that laid eggs before there were chickens. Alternately, many of the non-Western religions have the universe (or the god that created it) hatching out of an egg. Alternately, God created the birds, he did not hatch them. If there is a religion that says that In the Beginning There Was a Chicken, it is wrong.
Now, I have two announcements:
1.) I have a story in the new issue
of the print zine Not One of Us
(#37). As of this writing, their website hasn't been updated with info
for the new issue, so if you are very determined, send them an e-mail.
Tell them the Reverend sent you. They won't know what you mean.
2.) Susurrus Press is on the hunt for a volunteer

This issue, we've got review of the print anthology Feeling Very Strange, A Slipstream Anthology, as well as a review of the webzine Sein und Werden. We have another poem (if memory serves, it is our fourth), hypochondria (perhaps misdiagnosed), an android, an interesting injury, and a sociopath. (This is not a medical diagnosis. For information on clinical sociopathy, consult your physician. This magazine is not intended to treat or cure any disease.) Finally, we've got another installment of the advice and adventures of Sheos, our resident jaded, delusional demigod.
